Penpol is idyllically situated overlooking St Just Creek and the Carrick Roads with spectacular views towards Falmouth.   Fully refurbished, the cottage is the ideal base for a Cornish sailing holiday.  Moorings are available from Pasco’s Boatyard in St Just Creek, which is just a very short journey by car, or a walk via the footpath which begins at the rear of the cottage. 

The area offers a myriad of sailing opportunities – exploring the Fal and Helford Rivers, or venturing out to one of the beautiful little beaches only accessible by boat.   After a day on the water, enjoy a well-earned drink on the terrace of the cottage, enjoying the spectacular views as the sun sets.   Loungers, an outside dining table and a gas barbeque mean you can make the most of the sunshine.

If you would rather leave your own boat at home, Mylor Boat Charter has Shrimpers in their fleet available for charter on a daily or weekly basis.

The cottage sleeps 5/6, has a wood burner, under floor heating, heated boot/drying room, downstairs wet room in addition to the upstairs bathroom, and refurbished kitchen and utility area. 

The price of £1200.00 is from that figure per week.
