An early (and so faster, at least that’s what everyone says) Mark 1 Boat.
Choice of Yamaha 5 Hp four stoke with internal and external tanks or Mercury 3.5 hp two stroke (minimum size and weight for racing).
Fully refurbished by Smith’s boatyard in Rock in 2018 with exhausted galvanised deck fittings (fairleads, tabernacle etc) replaced in lovely shiny stainless steel.
She is fitted with a stainless centre plate and the original mild steel plate is included for re-galvanisation as you see fit.
Copper bottom and hull painted, she is black with mushroom decks. Spars “Sikkened”.
Trailer professionally refurbished with new axle / suspension / brake units and jockey wheel, not immersed since.
Suit of tan sails and recent cream (2018) sails by Rowsel little used.
Furling jib spar, also currently fitted “Aeroluff” available by negotiation.
Boathook, whisker pole etc (Winsport “flyaway” jibstick rigged and available by negotiation).
Fenders, warps, folding boarding ladder, water tank, cooker, cushions (including “shoulder” extensions) etc as standard.
Cockpit cover and full winter cover, cockpit cushions, anchor, chain and warp.
Depth sounder fitted but not powered, compass on bulkhead.
Also available 2.4m Sunsport tender (oldish but sound) 2hp outboard also v. Early Tohatsu 3.5hp outboard no gears but light.
Porta potti and chemicals (never been on boat).
